Parcelhalo is a precision analytics tool for professional CRE practitioners. Every new client goes through a brief onboarding call to ensure coverage matches their target markets and use case. This also lets us confirm that the parcel types and geographic areas they're analyzing are within our current coverage bounds — and flag edge cases where data might be thin.
We offer a sample report on a parcel you specify during the onboarding conversation. This is not a time-limited trial — it's a single demonstration report so you can evaluate report quality and methodology before committing. If after seeing the report you want to proceed, we'll set up your account and billing.
Yes. Tier upgrades can happen at any point during the annual commitment — the incremental cost is prorated from the upgrade date. If you're likely to need Team features within six months, we typically recommend starting at Team to avoid a mid-year change.
The Analyst tier covers the Charlotte MSA — Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Gaston, and adjacent counties. For analysis in Raleigh, Atlanta, or Nashville MSAs, the Team tier is required. If you're evaluating a market not listed here, contact us to discuss current coverage bounds.
